Any annual physical or routine follow up appointments will be scheduled no later than 4:00pm on Mondays and Thursdays and no later than 3:30pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Any emergency visits may be booked after those hours depending on availability. Please plan accordingly.
Our Office
Dr. Chorzepa is a 1999 graduate of the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine.
His Primary Care Internal Medicine Residency was completed at the University of Connecticut/Hospital of Central Connecticut in 2002. Since June 30, 2003, Dr. Chorzepa has practiced as a community Physician in the greater New Britain area.
Since 2015, our office has become an NCQA recognized Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH). Our focus is on building relationships with our patients, their satisfaction, a standard of care that is cost-effective and focused on prevention. We believe in treating every patient with dignity and respect. We believe in treating our patients like family!
