Due to primary care physicians in the community retiring, an overall shortage of primary care physicians in the Central Connecticut area, and the fact that Dr. Chorzepa already has a full panel of patients, we ARE accepting new patients however we are currently scheduling for 2025. If you choose to schedule with us, you will not be seen until that time. It is recommended that you continue seeing your current primary care physician until such time or locate a clinic or physician for the meantime. Please be advised that if you have not been seen in our office for 3 years or more, you are considered a new patient and will not be scheduled until 2025.
